Privacy policy

What we collect

When you call, leave a voicemail or send the request form, we receive what you give us: name, phone, town, the problem you describe, and optionally email, ZIP code and notes. Voicemails are transcribed so the request can be read and routed. We also collect basic usage data through Google Analytics (pages viewed, whether a call link was tapped or a form was sent).

How we use it

To answer your request and pass it to an independent local business that can do the work. We do not sell your information to data brokers.

Who we share it with

This site is a referral service. The details you submit and your calls (including any call recording or voicemail) are shared with the independent local contractor we refer you to, so they can contact you and quote the job. That contractor is a separate business with its own privacy practices. We also use service providers that run this site, phone line and form (hosting, HighLevel/LeadConnector, Google Analytics). Fonts and images are served from this site, not from third-party font services.

Text messages

This site does not offer text messaging and we do not send marketing texts. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and texting will require your separate consent.

Call recording

Calls to this number may be recorded and are shared with the independent local contractor we refer you to, for quality and to route your request. Illinois law requires everyone on a call to consent to recording; a notice plays at the start of each call, and by continuing you consent. If you do not want to be recorded, use the form instead.
